Amber Portwood was arrested on May 10th for violating her probation
and failing to meet the requirements of her court ordered drug program.
She was released on Thursday under the conditions that she keeps
on track with her drug program and that she gets and keeps a job.
Gary tweeted tonight that he was going out and no he did not have Leah.
Looks like maybe Leah is getting to spend some time with her Mom.
