Farrah Abraham recently underwent $16,000 of plastic surgery!
It included a nose job and a chin implant. Farrah's fan wondered why the Teen Mom
made the decision to make such a drastic change to her face!
She had always wanted to and was open with her fans about wanting to get a nose job.
However it was her surgeon who also suggested that her chin was ''weak''
and that she should also get a chin implant, Farrah agreed.
Her surgeon stated that she “wanted to make sure she maintained the same
MTV Teen Mom Farrah Abraham look that people have come to know and
love and not lose her ethnicity in any way.”
Farrah is very happy with her results and is proudly showing off her new face!
Many fans are disapointed in her saying that she didnt need it and that she
is not being a good role model for lots of young girls that look up to her.
This is Farrah's second time under the knife. While filming Teen Mom fans watched
as she had a breast augmentation, going from an A to a C cup.

I think she's to obsessed with her appearance, and that she should start caring more about the way she treats people, rather then the way she looks
